The Space
Paradise Ridge is made for entertaining with a stunning great room with a wood burning fireplace that opens on to the deck. A large kitchen with eat-in space and an island is the perfect home for the chef in your life. There is both a formal indoor dining room and a beautiful dining table for 8 on the patio off the great room. Cook dinner on the Grill and Dine as you take in the mountain view.
We have a rec room complete with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and foos ball. Off the rec room, enter the dedicated pool room where you can challenge each other to a game or three. Off the downstairs is an expansive deck that features a gas firepit and seating area as well as the 6 person bubbling hot tub.
Primary 2 – wonderfully private room featuring a King size bed and luxurious linens. Huge closets and direct access to the large bathroom make this a sanctuary. The room also features french doors to the lower deck with fire pit and hot tub.
Wonderland Guest Room – On the second floor, step into a beautiful wonderland featuring a Queen sized memory foam mattress, beautiful linens and a stunning view. You may never want to leave.
Wanderlust Guest Room – On the second floor, journey into an adventure themed bedroom featuring two twin sized memory foam mattresses and plenty of storage.
Loft – In the loft that is open to the living room, there is an incredibly comfortable Queen Sized West Elm Sleeper Sofa.
Main Floor Powder Room – Convenience at it’s best.
Primary 1 Bath – a beautifully re-done bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combination.
Terrace Bath – shared between Terrace Primary and the Common spaces, this large renovated bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs Bath – Beautifully remodeled bathroom with lots of storage and a shower stall.
Main Floor Laundry Room – full laundry room featuring washer and dryer as well as wash sink, drying line and all the supplies you need.
