Just a 5 minute walk to direct beach access and this newly renovated two level half duplex has everything you could want. You have views of the 13th green of the golf course! When you walk inside you are greeted by a sizeable living room. The chef’s kitchen is adorned with granite countertops, new appliances and a drip and Keurig coffee maker for any preferences. There is also a half bathroom on the downstairs level. Upstairs you have three roomy and stylish bedrooms along with two full bathrooms.
